Thomas van Santvoort is gearriveerd in Singapore, waar hij samen met Richard van Oostenbrugge 3 dagen gaat koken in het restaurant Table65. Het is enorm wennen, ander land, andere cultuur maar vooral aan het ‘podium’ dat Thomas krijgt van Richard. De voorbereidingen zijn in volle gang, ongewennig maar vol energie legt Thomas zijn gerechten uit aan Richard en de rest van de keuken-crew.

Thomas has arrived in Singapore, where he and Richard are going to cook for 3 days in the restaurant Table 65. It takes a lot of getting used to, a different country, a different culture but especially the ‘stage’ that Thomas receives from Richard. The preparations are in full swing, unfamiliar but full of energy, Thomas explains his dishes to Richard and the rest of the kitchen crew.
